MILLING VICE

The Milling machine vice is one of the most popular vices used in workshops, machine shops and shop floor. Apart from use in milling operations, it also got application in jig boring, grinding and shaping jobs. HMP and RAJMANI milling machine vice is manufactured from close grained 20-22 grade cast iron. Vice jaws are made from soft and ground steel which allow the work piece to be held dead square without use of any packing. This not only improves efficiency and life of jaws but also helps reduce strain on vice body. The vice is indexed horizontally all through 360°. Vice jaws are precision ground which allows the work piece to be held dead square without use of any packing.
